During my recent stay at Auhtel BHS in Baner, I was struck by the hotel's welcoming ambience and helpful staff, which made the experience quite pleasant for our family. The rooms were impeccably maintained, featuring comfortable beds and modern amenities, such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kettle-perfect for those late-night tea cravings after exploring the city. The location is particularly advantageous, nestled close to corporate offices yet offering a safe haven, especially at night. While the breakfast options were varied and satisfying with à la carte and continental choices, it was unfortunate that our room service didn't meet expectations. Despite the slow service, the friendly attitude of the staff made up for some of the inconveniences. For families like mine, the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was reassuring, and the availability of branded toiletries added a touch of luxury. Auhtel BHS is a convenient and comfortable choice in Pune; however, if you desire prompt room service, it might be wise to manage expectations.
